The Training Department’s mission is to develop the society’s civil organizations and their partners, by providing training services and consultancy of high quality.
After 12 years of experience, The Civil Society Development Foundation is one of the most important providers of services in the non-governmental area in Romania.
We offer you:
- training courses developed in accordance with the international curricula and adapted to Romania’s specific conditions ;
- a balanced combination among theoretical presentations and interactive methods, study cases and workshops;
- an inclusive working environment, where all the participants are encouraged to share their knowledge, ideas and experience with the other members of the group;
- courses carried by trainers with great experience in specific fields of interest and in delivering the training courses for the representatives of all three sectors ( non-profit, public and businesses) free consultancy after graduating the courses;
- personalized services of training and consultancy, depending on the need of the participants, or the needs of the organization which contacts us.
The quality of the training services that we offer can be attested by over 7500 participants from all over the country, whom have benefited from more than 500 courses organized by CSDF in 12 years of experience.
