CSDF training team
CSDF’s concern and commitment for strengthening the Romanian nongovernmental sector have convinced an important number of trainers and consultants to join CSDF’s team of experts. Moreover, by promoting the continuous improvement of professional standards, CSDF has ensured their participation in training of trainers programs organized by Charity Evaluation Services, Delegation of the European Commission, Council of Europe, Opportunity Associates Romania, Kerry Napuk Nap Associates Limited, Mango Management Accounting for Nonprofits, FAFM Foundation for Accounting and Financial Management, Mott Foundation, NCNB National Centre for Nonprofit Boards, InWEnt Bonn, Institute of European Policy in Berlin, Institute of Public Administration Ireland, Human Dynamic Austria. CSDF aims to build up a network of professional trainers, experts in different fields, through their participation to trainings, study visits, and through permanent exchange of information.
TRAINERS
Roxana Braga
Roxana Braga has eleven years of experience in training and consultancy for the NGO sector, public administration and business on the following topics: organizational management, development and change management, strategic planning, business and marketing planning, training of trainers. She delivered and developed training programs for national and international organizations. Roxana is active in the nonprofit sector since 1993. Over this period she has accumulated experience in implementing, coordinating, and evaluating projects, advocacy programs and campaigns, particularly in the social field.
Ciprian Ciucu
Currently working as PR and Marketing Manager for CSDF, Ciprian Ciucu has 6 years of experience in the NGO sector (during this period he has been involved in over 20 projects that benefited from international support), 3 years in the public sector and over 7 years in Romanian mass media. Ciprian is actively working as a trainer for more than 6 years for different beneficiaries, mainly from the NGO sector, business and educational field, on different topics: public relations, and image management, intra and extra organizational communication, marketing, project management, vocational training, lobby and advocacy for public, educational policy.
Anca Dantes
Anca Dantes has12 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in the following fields: organizational management, strategic planning, business plans and marketing, project management, PCM, writing financing proposals, public acquisitions, career management and training of trainers (TOT), for participants from the nonprofit sector, public administration and business. Moreover Anca has a broad experience in writing, coordinating and evaluating projects and programs in the SME field, human resources, employment policies, social services, environment, NGO development and public administration.
Bianca Dreossi
Bianca Dreossi has been involved in providing training services and consultancy for 11 years, on topics like: organizational management, writing financing proposals, European funding (PHARE, Structural Funds), Project Cycle Management, strategic planning, training of trainers (TOT programs) for nongovernmental organizations, public administration and business. Bianca has also 6 years of experience in writing, implementing and evaluating projects in the following fields: social services, environment, economic and social cohesion.
Florin Ghita
Since 1999 Florin Ghita has gained working experience in the financial management, for several nongovernmental organizations which are active in various fields such as human rights and child protection. For the last 6 years, Florin has created and provided training materials for the representatives of the nonprofit sector and business on topics like financial management, project management and communication. He also provides consultancy services for nongovernmental organizations, particularly on topics related to the financial management.
Oana Preda
Oana Preda has been active in the nongovernmental sector since 1996, and in the last 4 years she has become involved in programs of training and consultancy for nonprofit organizations and public administration on topics such as: advocacy, public participation, writing financing proposals, project management, community development and fundraising. Oana has also experience in the elaboration and management of projects and programs, mainly in the field of public participation and in initiating, coordinating, and monitoring advocacy campaigns for local and national NGOs.
Costel Slave
Costel Slave has more than 6 years of experience in training and consultancy. Over this period he initiated and elaborated training programs and consultancy services on topics like financial management, organizational management, developing business plans and project management for the representatives of civil society, public administration and private enterprises. He also has the experience in the management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs in the social field and in developing and ensuring the financial management for nongovernmental organizations.
Magdalena Stoian
Magdalena Stoian is active in the nongovernmental sector since 2000, developing her experience as trainer on topics like writing financing proposals, project management, fundraising, community development, for nongovernmental organizations and public administration. She has also been involved in research activities in the public policy sector, and has gained working experience with companies socially involved as well as through her participation to elaboration and coordination of national projects, particularly in the field of civil participation and community development.
Narciza Zaharia
Narciza Zaharia has worked in the business sector for over 14 years. During this period she has gained experience as trainer by delivering and elaborating training materials for the business sector, public administration and nonprofit sector, on European topics (especially funding programs - PHARE, Structural Funds) or business management, project management, professional training. She is also experienced in providing consultancy for business, employment and in writing and managing projects financed through PHARE or from public sources.
Ana Zsok
Ana Zsok has worked as a consultant and trainer for 14 years, for representatives from the business sector, NGOs and Public Authority, on topics related to planning and developing human resources, writing funding proposals, structural funds, project management, organizational development (for small and medium enterprises and nongovernmental organizations), networking. In this period, she has been involved in writing, implementing and monitoring of tens of national and regional projects and programs, having also experience in project evaluation.
