Information

CSDF has permanently offered to all interested databases and the Romanian Civil Society Catalogue, providing this way the necessary information on the active NGOs in Romania. Through the newsletter Voluntar offered free of charge via email, CSDF currently provides information to around 10.000 beneficiaries (nongovernmental organizations, public institutions, universities and schools, individuals) on issues related to the NGO sector and on resources available within and for the NGO sector. CSDF also contributes to informing the NGO sector by constantly organizing specific events: conferences, seminars, debates at local and national level.

Advocacy

ADVOCACY ON-LINE portal is a modern tool for influencing public policies implemented by CSDF in order to ensure a national impact of the advocacy campaigns. This portal has been created because of our intention to involve as many Romanian nongovernmental organizations as possible in the advocacy campaigns initiated at the level of central authorities and to support a faster and more efficient communication between CSDF and other NGOs

NGO Database

ONGBit – is the most comprehensive database on nongovernmental organizations in Romania. ONGBit gathers data on over 6000 NGOs and professional associations. This information refers to the location, the establishment date, the type and mission of the organization, the programs, partners and developed activities.

Civil Society Catalogue

The most comprehensive documenting resource on and for the Romanian nonprofit sector, is available in both electronic and printed format (CD-ROM).

Both formats of the catalogue offer detailed information (location, mission, activity, projects) about the nongovernmental organizations and trade unions in Romania.
