We work with:

Civil Society Organizations

Our work is dedicated for the largest part to supporting organizations from the non-profit sector.  Over the last years CSDF’s experience benefited to organizations and individuals, through our programs of research, training and information programs.

In our activities we involve directly the members of other organizations regardless of their profile and we rely on the expertise of NGOs concerned with social policies, environment, youth, education, human rights, good governance etc.

Through trainings and consultancy services that we offer we address the needs of civil society by:

  • Approaching new training programs aiming to create abilities, in line with the most recent European curriculum developments in the field of life-long learning;
  • Management and organizational development;
  • Developing project management capacities;
  • Correct use of financial procedures required for the management of the European funds;
  • Fundraising and the 2% initiative

Public Institutions

We offer quality solutions to public authority at central and local level, in the sectors of public administration, education, labor, economy and finance. Our solutions include creating partnerships for the development of training and consultancy programs on various areas of interest:

  • Project management;
  • Structural Funds - from the idea to the project;
  • Financial management of European projects;
  • Public procurement;
  • Public Relations and Communication;
  • Project Cycle Management;
  • Public participation;
  • Research;
  • Training of Trainers;
  • NGO – LPA event organizing.

Romanian NGO directory

15-01-2008

Currently, there is no systematic information on the size and structure of the NGO sector in Romania. Consequently it is very difficult to evaluate the impact of the NGOs as long as there is limited awareness on the scale of the NGOs’ activities, staff and turnovers. Primary information on its dimension and activities is needed in order to bring to light the NGO sector as an important economic and social actor in the Romanian society as well as to contribute to its further development and sustainability.

The project has three main objectives:

  1. Create a NGO data base that will provide accurate and up-to-date structured information on the Romanian NGO sector;
  2. Promote the NGO sector as key player in the Romanian socio-economic life;
  3. Identify changes and trends in the NGO sector.
