COMPONENT 2: CITIZEN ADVICE BUREAUX (CABs)

SUBCOMPONENTS

2.1. Establishment of CABs

OBJECTIVE  

• To establish new CABs following the model in the network, in communities where such CABs do not exist, able to provide easier access to information in areas critical to citizens’ needs and help them understand the necessary steps for solving their problems.

WHO CAN APPLY        

• Romanian non-governmental non-profit organisations in consortium with at least one Roamnian local authority

2.2. Strengthening existing CABs

BUDGET           795,000 EURO

OBJECTIVE

• To strengthen the existing Citizens Advice Bureaux (CABs) and the network of CABs in view of consolidating the services they already provide, diversifying and improving the quality of their services in order to reach sustainability.

• Romanian non-governmental non-profit organisations in consortium with at least one Romanian local authority

2.3. Development of National Association of Citizen Advice Bureaux (NACAB)

BUDGET           105,000 EURO

OBJECTIVE

• To strengthen the NACAB in order to further provide services and assistance to the network of CABs and increase their sustainability.
